These terms govern your membership of Social Muse Club and use of the platform at socialmuseclub.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Membership

Membership is offered on Essential (£20/mo) and Elite (£50/mo) plans. Memberships are reviewed and may be approved, deferred or declined at our discretion. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.

3. Collaborations

Social Muse Club connects creators with brand opportunities but is not a party to any collaboration contract you enter into. You're responsible for delivering the agreed content, complying with disclosure rules (e.g. ASA, FTC) and paying any taxes due on payments you receive.

4. Zero commission

We never take a commission on deals secured through the platform. Your only fee is your monthly membership.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misrepresent yourself, scrape the platform, share access credentials or contact brands outside the platform to circumvent these terms. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you create. By posting on the platform you grant us a limited licence to display it for matching and promotional purposes inside the club.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Muse Club's liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
